These terms apply when you use the Mirror Edge Networks website, request a quotation or purchase products from the online store. The store is operated by Elevate Living (Pty) Ltd.

Business details

Elevate Living (Pty) Ltd is a South African private company, registration no. 2024/386583/07 and VAT no. 4500318227. Physical address: 24 Union Avenue, Pinelands, Cape Town. Email: sales@mirroredgenetworks.com. Telephone: 021 001 9495.

Products and specialist advice

We sell specialist audio, video, networking and home-cinema products and also provide design, supply, installation and calibration services. Product suitability can depend on system compatibility, room conditions, installation requirements and supplier availability. Information on the website is intended to help you make a decision, but it does not replace a project-specific technical assessment where one is reasonably required.

Prices and VAT

Displayed retail prices are in South African rand and include VAT. We take reasonable care to keep prices and product information accurate. If a material pricing or description error is identified before fulfilment, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a refund.

Products distributed by Homemation are enquiry-only. Their prices are not displayed and they cannot be purchased directly through the online checkout. A separate quotation will be provided after confirming requirements and availability.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order submits an offer to buy the selected products. You will have an opportunity to review and correct the order before payment. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; acceptance is subject to successful payment, reasonable fraud checks, supplier availability and our ability to fulfil the order. If we cannot fulfil an accepted payment, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate alternative or refund.

Payment

Online card payments are processed securely by Yoco. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your complete card details. Payment must be authorised before an online order is processed.

Delivery

We currently offer free delivery to valid addresses within South Africa. The expected delivery time is approximately three to five business days after the order and availability have been confirmed. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline. Remote-area, supplier, courier, special-order or installation requirements may affect timing; if so, we will communicate with you.

Please provide a complete delivery address and a telephone number at which the recipient can be reached. Risk is managed in accordance with applicable law. Please inspect the delivery promptly and follow our Refund and Returns Policy if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, cooling-off, return, warranty and refund rights are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. That policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable law.

Installation and project work

Installation, design, calibration and project services require a separate written scope or quotation. Project dates, site requirements, third-party work, deposits, milestones and exclusions will be set out in that document. Product-only online orders do not automatically include installation unless expressly stated.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing and enquiries. Website text, design and original media belong to us or are used with permission. Supplier names, trademarks and product images remain the property of their respective owners. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or reproduce protected material without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from events outside our reasonable control, incompatible equipment not disclosed to us, unauthorised modifications or installation contrary to instructions. This does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Personal information is processed as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern promptly. You retain the right to use any regulator, ombud or court available under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The version that applies to an order is the version published when the order is placed, unless the law requires otherwise.
